Making candy cane reindeer

Today we are making candy cane reindeer they are really fidly to make because you need to twist the pipe cleaners around the top of the And then and you have to twist some more pipe cleaners on top of the other ones few! That was hard

the mermaid deer

Once upon a time in an underwater palace in a big river, there lived a mermaid with light brown hair.
Her name was Amanda, she always longed to go through the small lake because there was a lovely garden on the other side. But the lake was to shallow, One day the mermaiad could stand it no longer she swam through the small lake. She suddenly realised it was to shallow, to go through, she accidentaly drank some water and changed into a deer. She thought if she drank the water againshe would change back but it did not work.
This went on for a few years and she tried every wich way to get back to the palace. One night there was a terrrible storm and a tree fell into the river and made a humongoes dam, slowly the water drained out of the river and then Amanda saw the tip of the palace on the river then Amanda realised the dam  was draining water out of the river then she realised there was there was only one thing to do to save all the people in the palace .
She shouted to get all the people to drink the water from the lake luckily her father heard her and all the mermaids and mermen drank the water from the lake and changed into deer .
They all came to Amandaand said thankyouand fed upon the lush grassand liveed there for many years

production

Last week we did production. It was called the button box, in the play we were the frog king.  The frog king is made out of paper mache and green cloth. I was  a little frog. Keke was as well. Room 1 did the frog king too.
My favourite part in the production was the Irish Button Dance. I like when we joined in with the red dancers when the turtle came up on the stage.

tennis

yesterday we did tennis and it was really fun. First we did these things when you had to jump on the tennis ball one foot at a time.
Then we had to throw the ball up in the air and hit it with a tennis racket I kept on hitting the air a couple of times.
Then the teachers Lynn and Sarah threw tennis balls and we had to try and hit them with the tennis rackets .
Keke accidentaly    hit me with a tennis racket.

Goldilocks and the Three Bears

This term we have been looking at persuasive writing. 

We looked at the story of Goldilocks and the Three Bears. We talked about whether she should have gone into the house or not. Here is my poster. 

Grass seed heads.

In class we are making seed head people we got to decorate them with bits of colored paper it was really fun I named my grass seed head person mr fluffpot f I thought it was kind of funny because he had a little bow under his chin and he had this little messy mouth. lots of people named there's we all took a picture of are grass seed head people. it wasrealy fun and messy at the same time when we where decorating
